No offence, but I just didn't like it. All this hype... for this?

Storyline:
Not very good. A few humorous parts, but it seemed to be crammed with dull inside jokes. (which explains all the blind 10s below me). And the plot was kinda twisted about, there could have been more foreshadowing and hidden details, rather than "This happens, lol k now this happens, alright now this happens and now the story will be continued." Body language, etc.

Art & Animation:
Good enough, seemed lazy on some parts, others it seemed great. Some where funny but steered away from the noir theme.

Sound:
Fitting, some more bg sounds and music would be good though. I think it hurt the individual parts how the same person narrated them all. He knew what he would animate for each event, but individuals may have other ideas.

Overall:
It could be a lot better, given the time and artists contributing.
